Sberbank doesn’t rule out possible IPO of Samokat, Delivery Club

MOSCOW, Sep 30 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Sberbank does not rule out an initial public offering (IPO) of food delivery services Samokat and Delivery Club in 2022–2023, the bank’s First Deputy Chairperson Lev Khasis told reporters.

“I’ve said many times already that there are fast-evolving assets in our joint venture with Mail.ru Group. In the first place, these are Samokat and Delivery Club, and investors are highly interested in them. And we think, potentially, perhaps, it would make sense to think of a public offering of these assets starting from next year or 2023,” Khasis said.

“We have no precise plan with dates, but we don’t rule out this option absolutely,” he added.
